Our list of required skills represents the minimum required level for an athlete to participate in In Synch Summer Camp. Athletes who demonstrate proficiency in skills beyond this baseline will continue to be challenged and stretched by the program, with opportunities for further development in more advanced elements and techniques.
About
Our Camp
What To Expect
Swimmers will stay in a safe environment, practice the sport they love, and have a lot of fun along the way! Our goal, for each athlete, is to have fun, learn, meet new friends, and take what they've learnt back to his or her home club, while also learning to be independent. Swimmers will work on their technique, improving all figures and elements, routine execution, choreography, flexibility, strength, artistic expression, stamina, lifts and highlights. As well as this we have timetabled plenty of rest time and fun activities!

I absolutely loved camp!
It was such a wonderful environment and I progressed a lot throughout the week. The coaching was constructive and amazing. The land training and dance classes were challenging but very fun. It was such an inspiring week and an incredible experience to be a part of!

The camp was the best thing I have ever done in my life. I learned so much and made friends for life. Everyone was so nice and it was well organised. We created a super cool routine and everyone was so nice and helped all of the time. I had the best time of my life with the best people.

I loved the camp, the people there and how we were working as a team on routines. Thanks to the coaches who made it possible. After a very long day we would have some free time. The whole venue was beautiful and the atmosphere as well. Everyone there was lovely which was very welcoming.

Immy - 2023 & 2025 Attendee
In Synch camp was a very enriching experience. The coaches were amazing and gave me new feedback which was very beneficial. The athlete support team was also very lovely. They cared about us and made us feel safe. The intensity of the sessions was helpful, I feel as though I have improved a lot over this week.
All attendees will be staying in the school boarding houses and all activities and food are based on site.
The swimmers will be eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at the school canteen every day. We ensure that all swimmers are fed well, and have options at every meal. Let us know prior to your arrival if you have any allergies, so that we can cater for this. Swimmers may bring snacks with them to keep in their rooms, however please be aware refrigerators are not available.
All rooms are individual bedrooms. Athlete Supervisors will stay in the same house as their athletes.
Please note that towels are not provided. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned 5 times a week. Bins are emptied daily. There are no laundry facilities available.
Although all houses will be accessed via key or code, it is suggested that athletes try to avoid bringing expensive items with them. If they are bringing valuables with them, it essential that they have sufficient insurance to cover any loss of damage as neither In Synch or the accommodation can be held responsible if anything goes missing.

In Synch Summer Training Camp is open to girls and boys born between 2006-2014 (inclusive), from all over the world. We recommend our camp for athletes who have been training in artistic swimming for a minimum of three years. Below you can find a video of the required skills in order to attend our training camp, this is to ensure that swimmers have the skills and experience to cope with and benefit from the intensity of our camp. UK attendees must have passed Swim England Figure and Routine Grade 3.
The goal is to ensure that all athletes, regardless of their current skill level, receive appropriate challenges and support to continue progressing in their artistic swimming journey. The listed skills represent the baseline requirements, athletes will still be pushed to grow and improve, regardless of their starting point. Due to the intensity and high level of training at our camp we ask that athlete’s receive permission to attend from their current club coach. This serves to confirm that the athlete has the physical readiness to engage in training at this level. This helps mitigate the risk of injury by confirming that an athlete is ready for the physical demands of the camp.
