What should I do if my swimmer if on medication?If your swimmer is on medication, please contact us before camp starts so we are aware. Controlled substances will be maintained by staff and dispensed as indicated. You must provide a medical release for administering of medicine.

How are the training groups of swimmers organised?We primarily organise groups by age then after the first 1 or 2 sessions we organise the groups by ability. Swimmers can request friends to be with on registration if they wish.

How far is the training pool from the boarding rooms?The pool is on the same school site as the accommodation

Can parents come?Unfortunately we cannot allow parents to stay on site or enter the pool to watch, as it is a secure school site. We will keep you up to date on our WhatsApp group chat with plenty of photos and videos throughout the week!

Will the swimmers be accompanied to and from the airport?If requested upon registration, our monitors can meet the swimmers at the airport to take them to their accommodation and accompany them back to the airport on their departure day.

What language are the sessions coached in?The sessions are coached in English. Some of our coaches are able to speak more than one language if any swimmer is struggling to understand.

What is the swimmer to coach/monitor ratio?This depends on the number of swimmers attending, but the ratio is typically 5-8 swimmers to 1 coach/monitor.

Are the swimmers allowed to go out by themselves?No swimmers must remain on the school site at all times. Within dedicated spaces on site swimmers can go around the school independently.

Do athletes have to swim every session?The swim sessions are not obligatory, however we do encourage athletes to take part in every session!

How much spending money should I send with my swimmer?As all meals and drinks are included in the price, swimmers only need money for additional snacks, although we recommend bringing snacks with you.
