Claire Brand
Claire is looking forward to attending this years camp.
Claire is a Level 1 Swim England Team Manager.
Claire will be responsible for the safeguarding of athletes and will ensure the general care and wellbeing of the swimmers.

Liz Kirby
Liz is excited to join In Synch Training Camp for the second time as an Athlete Support Manager this summer.
Liz will be supporting our camp athletes throughout the week to ensure they are all happy and healthy!

Erin Stratton
Erin is looking forward to attending this years In Synch Training Camp.
Erin will be keeping our parent WhatsApp group up to date with plenty of photos whilst we are away. Erin will be the primary contact for parents for the duration of In Synch Training Camp.

Maisie Wright
This is Maisie’s third time leading an In Synch Camp, the first in Spain in 2023. Maisie is current Head Coach at London Regional Artistic Swimming and Erith & District AS Club.
In 2023 Maisie was awarded South East Swim England AS Coach Of The Year.
Maisie is a Level 2 Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach.
Qualifications include:

- UK Coaching Safeguarding & Protecting Children & Young People
- Safeguarding Deaf and Disabled Children
- Mental Health Youth Awareness Training
- Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies

Coach
Bianca Hofstatter
Bianca cannot wait to travel to the UK this summer to join us at In Synch Summer Training Camp 2026!
Bianca is former Austrian and USA National Team artistic swimmer. She was born in the United States and then moved to Austria for four years where she graduated high school, before moving back to the USA.

She has led training sessions for athletes all over the world and coached at In Synch Summer Camp in 2025. Bianca can’t wait to pass on as much knowledge as possible to all of our In Synch Camp attendees this summer.
Coach
Gemma Galli
Gemma is a retired Italian artistic swimmer. She represented Italy at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. As the former captain of the Italian national team, she guided her team to success on the world stage.
Since retiring from competition, she has turned her focus to coaching, sharing her knowledge and passion with the next generation of athletes.

Tatiana Gayday
Tatiana is a highly accomplished artistic swimming former elite international athlete, bringing exceptional experience and energy to the In Synch Summer Training Camp 2026.
She is a seven-time European Junior Champion (2017–2019) and a two-time World Junior Champion (2018)
In 2025, Tatiana earned gold in the technical duet at the Soma Bay World Cup
As a coach, Tatiana is passionate about athlete development and draws on her firsthand experience at the highest level of competition to guide swimmers in improving technique, musicality and performance quality.
Tatiana is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential both in and out of the water.
