Spin, Swirl, Twist & Twirl

One Day Training CAMP For athletes who want to turn heads—literally!
10am-4pm 27th August - Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre

Required Equipment

All athletes need to bring:

  • Swimwear, training x2 swimming costumes/training bikinis

  • Swimming cap, goggles, nose clips

  • Towel/s

  • Thera band (light strength, suitable for sculling and barracudas on land)

  • Yoga mat 

  • Packed lunch (no nuts!)

  • Sports trainers, for all land based training

  • Appropriate land training clothes i.e. athletic shorts, t-shirts, sports bra etc

In Synch 'Spin, Swirl, Twist & Twirl' Camp has a maximum of 30 athletes. Places are offered on a first come first serve basis. Upon receipt of the booking request, participants will receive confirmation of their place on the camp.

Tunbridge Wells Sports centre offers excellent facilities. A 3 metre dive pit, fantastic mirrored studios and a cafe space for lunch.

The day will consist of two 2 hour swim sessions, a 1 hour land training session, a 1 hour training workshop and a 1 hour break for lunch
