PRE-SEASON One Day Training CAMP
9am-3pm 26th August - Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre

Kick off your season with purpose at our elite pre-season training camp, designed to prepare athletes for peak performance with a focus on World Aquatics standards, strength, stamina, and skill.

What You’ll Conquer:
World Aquatics Figures & Routine Elements – drilled, refined, and perfected
Body awareness & control – precision in every movement
Strength & flexibility – full-body conditioning on land and in water
Cardio training – build endurance and push your limits
Routine skills & technique – sharpness, timing, and expression
Stamina & breath control – stay strong from start to finish
Technical drills for speed, accuracy, and power

This is more than just a tune-up - it’s your launchpad for a powerful season.

Required Equipment

All athletes need to bring:

  • Swimwear, training x2 swimming costumes/training bikinis

  • Swimming cap, goggles, nose clips

  • Towel/s

  • Thera band (light strength, suitable for sculling and barracudas on land)

  • Yoga mat 

  • Packed lunch (no nuts!)

  • Sports trainers, for all land based training

  • Appropriate land training clothes i.e. athletic shorts, t-shirts, sports bra etc

In Synch 'Rule The Pool' Camp has a maximum of 30 athletes. Places are offered on a first come first serve basis. Upon receipt of the booking request, participants will receive confirmation of their place on the camp.

Location

Tunbridge Wells Sports centre offers excellent facilities. A 3 metre dive pit, fantastic mirrored studios and a cafe space for lunch.

The day will consist of two 2 hour swim sessions, a 1 hour land training session, a 1 hour training workshop and a 1 hour break for lunch
