Our list of required skills represents the minimum required level for an athlete to participate in In Synch Summer Camp. Athletes who demonstrate proficiency in skills beyond this baseline will continue to be challenged and stretched by the program, with opportunities for further development in more advanced elements and techniques.
Required Equipment
All athletes need to bring:

Swimwear, training x2 swimming costumes/training bikinis

Swimming cap, goggles, nose clips

Towel/s

Thera band (light strength, suitable for sculling and barracudas on land)

Yoga mat

Packed lunch (no nuts!)

Sports trainers, for all land based training

Appropriate land training clothes i.e. athletic shorts, t-shirts, sports bra etc
Location
Tunbridge Wells Sports centre offers excellent facilities. A 3 metre dive pit, fantastic mirrored studios and a cafe space for lunch.

The day will consist of two 2 hour swim sessions, a 1 hour land training session, a 1 hour training workshop and a 1 hour break for lunch

This one-day intensive camp is designed to help athletes fast-track their Routine Grade progress through coaching focused on performance, precision, and polish.
What You’ll Work On:
Full routine grade content – cover every required element in detail
Performance quality – musicality & expression
Execution & accuracy – clean lines, placement & timing
Height & extension – drills to improve power and lift
Transitions & propulsion – flowing from one movement to the next
1-Hour Land Training – dance-based strength, flexibility & artistic skills
Expect in-depth corrections, confidence-building, and tips to elevate your presence and stand out in your next grade assessment or competition.
